What personal data we process, why we need it, how long we keep it and how you can see it or have it deleted.
This document explains what personal data we process when you visit SpecialCasino.org, why we do it and what you can do about it. This is an editorial and information site. We do not run a casino, take deposits or hold player accounts.
What data we process
Without registration and without your consent, we process only what the site needs to work or to stay secure.

How we measure clicks on partner links
When you click a link to a casino, we record which casino and which page it was, where on the page the link stood and which country the request came from. We do not store your full IP address.
Instead we compute a short fingerprint from the IP address, the browser and the current day. The same visitor gets a different fingerprint tomorrow, so it only tells repeated clicks within one day apart and cannot follow anyone over time. The casino you go to does not get your IP address or any identifier from us, only a label saying which page the click came from.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with those the site could not run without, and only as much as their task needs.
- The hosting and server infrastructure provider.
- The casino operator whose site you go to after clicking a link. From then on its rules and its cookies apply, not ours.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
If one of our providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep data
- We keep operational and security logs only as long as we need them to protect the site.
- We keep click records as long as we need them to settle and verify commission.
- We keep the record of your cookie choice for 182 days. After that we ask you again.
Your rights
The GDPR gives you these rights against us:
- The right of access to the data we process about you.
- The right to have wrong data corrected and incomplete data completed.
- The right to erasure and the right to restrict processing.
- The right to data portability for data you gave us.
- The right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- The right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing it does not affect processing that happened before.
You withdraw cookie consent in Cookie settings. We will add a contact for exercising your other rights to this document. We answer every request within one month.
Complaints to a supervisory authority
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live, where you work or where you believe the breach took place.
Children
This site is for adults. Gambling is for people aged 18 or over, or older where local law says so, and nothing on this site is meant for anyone younger.
Changes to this document
If what we process or why changes, we update this document and its last updated date. We announce any significant change on the site itself.
